SurveyBots are missing when I start a test run

If you are unable to see the SurveyBots in the Test Run window, this is because your setting for "Enable Auto Answer" was not set to tickets.

To enable the SurveyBots go to Project Details -> General Project Settings -> and tick the box for 'Enable Auto Answer'

Admin can change the company setting "Preselect 'Enable Auto Answer'" that auto-selects this check box as a default setting.
