Installing the SurveyTester Extension

Overview

SurveyTester works directly in your browser through a browser extension. Installing it takes just a few minutes and unlocks all the testing and automation features you’ll need. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Check Your Browser

SurveyTester currently supports:

• Google Chrome (latest version recommended)
• Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)

💡 Tip: REcommended browser is Google Chrome.

Step 2: Download the Extension

1. Open the Chrome Web Store.
2. Search for “SurveyTester” or click here.
3. Click Add to Chrome (or Get in Edge).
4. Confirm by selecting Add Extension.
   
   NOTE: SurveyTester shows a screen with a link to the extension if it is not installed.

Step 3: Verify Installation

• Look for the SurveyTester icon in your browser toolbar (top right).
• If you don’t see it, click the puzzle-piece icon (Extensions menu) and pin SurveyTester for quick access.

Troubleshooting

• Extension not visible? Restart your browser and check the Extensions menu.
• Login issues? Make sure your account is active and your password is correct.
