Login Issue
Some users report that after completing their first test with the free trial, they try to log in again but are redirected to a sign‑up page. When they enter their information and click "Save and login to SurveyTester", nothing happens.
What’s actually causing the issue?
The problem is not related to using the same email address. Instead, it occurs because the user searches their inbox for the original welcome email, and clicks the activation link again.
This activation link is only valid for creating the account the first time. If a user clicks it later, it forwards them to the sign‑up flow even though the account already exists. This results in the system not processing the action, leaving the user stuck.
Correct Way to Log In
To access the platform again, the user should:
- Go directly to the SurveyTester login page - https://free-trial.surveytester.com (not through the old welcome email).
- Enter their login credentials normally.
