Forgot Password or Reset Password
I forgot my password and requested a reset email, but it has not arrived.
Check the basics

Confirm you used the correct email address associated with your account. For security reasons, an email is sent only to a registered user in SurveyTester.
- Check if you are using the correct instance, for example free-trial.surveytester.com, or company.surveytester.com and the relevant login credentials.

Check your spam/junk, Promotions, and other folders for the reset
email.email (as below image). -
Check with your administrator.
